This PWAD features a completely new arsenal, monsters (including their behavior), HUD, ammo, items, and power-ups sprites. The game's screens, sounds, and gameplay elements were also added or modified, like separated keys for both grenades and the quick melee attack and the possibility of dual-wielding most of the weapons.
