Hard Landing: Industry - Come Out to Surface

In this DLC, colonists can operate on the planet surface. With new buildings such as science campuses and cyber bays for them to work in. A new threat: Sandstorms! It will gradually destroy pipes, cables and conveyors. To repair them, you'll need to build repair robots in the cyber bays.
