Explore a hostile and fully realised galaxy, gather resources and information and contact strange and unique alien species. Assemble an alliance to gain freedom from the oppressive Ur-Quan. Choose from a collection of ships and battle enemies 1-on-1 with a 2D top down melee combat system.

Thanks to the open source community, this game includes updates and compatibility fixes to run on modern operating systems. This version (optionally) includes voice acting and music from the 3DO version not found in the original PC version, a network Super Melee mode, plus other changes. Read more
