Half-Life Extended: Day One is composed of the same chapters as the original Half-Life’s demo under the same name (minus Inbound). In this release you will see:

- Hazard Course
- Anomalous Materials
- Unforeseen Consequences
- Office Complex
- We’ve Got Hostiles

It is known that our mod changes many things that affect how the game plays. However, only 3 out of 5 chapters in the demo contain proper combat, so we’ve made a decision not to immediately overload the game with all the new stuff we’ve prepared.

Instead, Day One will serve as the entryway to Extended’s proper gameplay, gradually introducing you to updated weapons and vanilla enemies’ (and allies’) new stats, abilities and weapons. Read more
